The purchase of some services are refundable with conditions.

List of Refundable Items With Condition Include:

Shared Hosting

Refundable, if you cancel your order within the first 2 business days of purchase.

VPS Hosting

Refundable, if you cancel your order within the first 15 minutes of purchase, or prior to setup of the VPS hosting.

Dedicated Hosting

Refundable, if you cancel your order within the first 15 minutes of purchase, or prior to setup of the dedicated hosting.

Software Development Including Website Packages

Refundable, if you cancel your order within the first 2 business days of purchase, or prior to start of implementation.

Domain names

SSL Certificates

Note: These products are non-cancellable due to their nature.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued in accordance to terms mentioned in the refund policy.

If you cancel your purchase after a billing cycle, your account will only be deactivated after the end of that billing period. You are able to use your services until the end of the billing period.

Should you require an immediate termination of your account please get in touch with the support team.

Please note newly registered domains cannot be transferred to another registrar during the first 60 days of the registration period.

You will still retain ownership of your domain until the end of its registration period unless you renew it.

Delivery Policy

Order delivery time is subject to product availability.

Our products being digital goods, we typically deliver within 1 hour of purchase if products you ordered are readily available.

Some specific products are prone to longer delivery time:

SSL delivery time depends on the SSL Certificate type you have ordered and can go up to 30 days for verification and delivery.

SSL Certificate type type:

Standard
Delivery time: Within 2 working days

Business
Delivery time: Within 3-4 working days

Extended
Delivery time: Within 7-30 working days

VPS & Dedicated can take up to 48 working hours to get configured and delivered.
